As a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through anxiety, life transitions, and identity exploration, I am uniquely positioned to facilitate the group Red to Real. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a modality deeply suited to helping people navigate uncertainty, clarify their values, and build psychological flexibility—skills essential when facing political identity shifts and the distress they often bring.

My approach integrates mindfulness and evidence-based psychoeducation, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where group members can learn to sit with discomfort, process fears about belonging and judgment, and discover ways to move toward lives aligned with their evolving beliefs. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with what truly matters to them, even amid social or familial pressures, and I understand how isolating and disorienting these shifts can be.

By combining skilled group facilitation with compassion and a commitment to empowering authentic change, I strive to help members find both healing and resilience.
